Rafoxanid ist ein cremefarbenes bis braunes Pulver. Siedepunkt: 526,6 ºC bei 760 mmHg, Flammpunkt: 272,3 ºC. Dichte: 2,05 g/cm3. Löslichkeit: Löslich in Aceton, schwach löslich in Chloroform oder Ethylacetat, schwach löslich in Methanol, unlöslich in Wasser.
